Church Worship Services

Welcome to worship at Cross and Crown Lutheran Church and School! During worship, we offer our praise and thanksgiving to God and experience God's presence through Word and Sacrament. Our community gathers for worship two times each Sunday.

8:00 a.m. Sunday Worship

Communion is celebrated every Sunday in this 45-minute-long traditional worship service. The style of this service is informal, and it is accompanied by piano.

10:00 a.m. Sunday Worship

On the first, third, and fourth Sundays of each month, this more formal-styled worship service uses a sung liturgical setting from the Evangelical Lutheran Worship book. Holy Communion is offered on the first and third Sundays of the month. The Chancel Choir sings during this worship service. The organ is the instrument of choice. A children's sermon is a regular part of this service. This service is accompanied by piano, though we would welcome an organist.

Every second Sunday and fifth Sunday (during months with five Sundays) this service will have an informal-styled, flexible, relaxed, and interactive worship service, led by a worship and praise team, composed of electric piano, drums, rhythm instruments, guitar, and singers. The order of worship is projected on a screen. Most of the Christian songs are recent compositions and you may have heard some of these on Christian radio. Holy Communion is celebrated on both the second and fifth Sundays. A children's sermon is a regular part of this service.
