 As we prepare our minds for our Lenten journey, there are many ways to participate here at Cross and Crown. Lent Worship Schedule Lent begins on March 2, Ash Wednesday. We will have our Ash Wednesday Service at 7 p.m. The service will be recorded and available for viewing later that evening. We will offer a Drive Through Ash Disposition event from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. You stop your car by the bike rack near Pastor's office and someone will come out to dispose of ashes and say a prayer. The next week through April 6th we will have our Wednesday night Soup Suppers at 6 p.m. followed by our Mid-Week Worship Service using Holden Evening Prayer at 7 p.m. Holy Week Schedule Maundy Thursday Worship April 14 at 7 p.m. Good Friday Tenebrae Worship April 15 at 7 p.m. Easter Egg Hunt April 16 at 10 a.m. Easter Sunday Worship April 17 at 10 a.m. Lenten Devotions  - Pastor Ted has written a prayer series for the 40 days of Lent. These are available for your spiritual journey. Note: Remember Sundays are not counted in the forty days of Lent. There are no devotions on those days. Remember to bring a container to collect the candy-filled plastic eggs. The event is open to children under sixth grade. Everyone is welcome to attend! Easter Sunday We will be having a single worship service on Easter morning at 10 a.m. We will follow the service with brunch in the Welcome Center. You are invited to bring fresh flowers to place in our wooden cross. Wherever we are, we can celebrate in the knowledge that HE IS RISEN!  |
