There are a number of opportunities to help and to give to current ministries.  Check out the ways below:

Our Women's Ministries is hosting a Holiday Craft Faire on Friday and Saturday, November 18th and 19th.  We are gathering to make crafts to sell at the event.  Prep dates and items to be made are listed below.  Please contact the church office for more information.

October 15 -- Beaded Plant stakes and Beaded bookmarks
November 5 -- Etched glasses

If you would like to sell items at the events, see the information below:

  • NON-church members:  $50 for one day; $90 for both days.  One 8' table included; they can bring additional tables, or rent tables from CCLC for $25, depending on availability.
  • Church members who are NOT donating their sales proceeds:  $40 for one day; $70 for both days. One 8' table provided at no charge.  May bring additional tables if needed, or rent extra tables for $20, depending on availability.
  • Any participants who are donating their sales proceeds to the church: NO charge for space, and up to two tables at no charge, depending on availabiliy.

An ongoing mission project of our church are Blessing Bags.  These are bags filled with non-perishable items that can be handed out to those in need.  Tables are set up in the Welcome Center for making your own bags, or you are welcome to take some of the completed bags.  Below is a list of the individually wrapped donations needed for the bags:
  • peanut butter or cheese and crackers
  • applesauce of fruit cups
  • nuts or raisins
  • cookies
  • granola bars or cereal bars
  • fruit snacks
  • water bottles
This is a wonderful way to bless someone in need in the committee!

Our local food pantry, NOAH - Neighbors Organized Against Hunger, is always looking for donations.  There are barrels around campus in which to place your non-perishable food items (unopened).  Monetary donations are also accepted.  You can write the checks to NOAH or to CCLCS and designate NOAH in the memo section.
